About New Song: His-story in the making! We are a new church that seeks to bring gospel to Long Island, NYC, and to the world. We are committed to Scripture and to the systematic exposition of biblical truth known as the Reformed faith that will bring personal conversion and build authentic community as followers of Jesus Christ here and abroad. 

About our Pastor: Pastor Sam Chung is a graduate of Westminster Theological Seminary in Philadelphia (M.Div. & Th.M.) and an ordained minister in The Orthodox Presbyterian Church.

Adam Hong (a graduate of SUNY Binghamton and now pursuing Master of Divinity from WTS Philadelphia) serves as Pastoral Intern.

About our Elders: The Orthodox Presbyterian Church, knowing that new church plants lack godly and mature leaders to help them solve problems and to provide wise counsel, loans pastor-elders from local Orthodox Presbyterian Churches to work with them. The Presbytery of Connecticut and Southern New York has appointed:

         Rev. Richard Gerber (Associate General Secretary of Home Missions of the OPC) 

         Rev. Meint Ploegman (Pastor of The OPC Bohemia, NY)

         Rev. Samuel Chung (New Song Church NY)

as our overseeing session.

Why we need a Reformed church for the N.E.X.T. generation

1. For the people who can't fit in either traditional or emergent churches

2. A senior pastor who can provide long-term vision|care and stays with the church

3. A church that fights Moralism, Deism, Legalism, and Revivalism

4. A church that is Biblical in its theology, piety and practice

5. A church that has spiritual and financial oversight from elders and presbytery
